One parent per child is required to attend this meeting. Pleasant Child Care is a non-profit, community-based childcare, which is run by parents, formed into a Board of Directors. Elections are held at the Annual General Meeting, and without the formation of a board of directors, the childcare cannot operate. Parents volunteer will fill the important positions of President, Vice President, Treasures, Secretary as well as members at large. Light dinner and refreshments will be provided.
